Details about the Sales Agent Position
Position Description
As a Sales Agent, you will be receiving both outbound and inbound phone calls through our web-based Readymode phone system for our extended coverage program for business owners that want to make more money.
We supply all opt-in internet leads and Live Transfer inbound calls within our Readymode system, and the system does all the dialing for you automatically, you simply answer the phone.
As an Independent Contractor working for the Sensoji Network, you will be selling on behalf of Sensoji, which is our consumer-facing brand. To learn more about Sales, Marketing & Websites please check out our website: www.sensojisolutions.com
Work Location
The majority of our agents work from home, all around the country. This position is for US based agents only.
Hours of Operation (Hours shown are in EASTERN TIME)
Monday – Thursday
9:40 AM EST - Morning Role Call
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST – LIVE CALLS
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST – LUNCH
3:30 PM – 7:00 PM EST – LIVE CALLS
Friday
9:40 AM EST - Morning Role Call
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST – LIVE CALLS
Culture, Support, & Bonuses
Sensoji Network has been running remote sales teams for over 5 years, so we know how important it is to provide a connected culture with all the benefits and support of an office job to our work-from-home agents.
Sensoji has partnered with GOOGLE to provide agents with our web-based Instant Messaging & Meeting platform where agents constantly pump each other up, talk about sales, and stay connected in our group meet's and with direct messaging.
We are constantly giving out bonuses and doing competitions to keep our agents excited. Sometimes agents are earning up to $1000 a week in bonuses alone, on top of their commissions!

SR. SALES AGENT REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of Phone Sales Experience

Minimum 3 years of Phone Closing Experience

Must have a PC, Laptop, or Mac

Must be located in the USA

Must have High-Speed Internet (100 Mbps download speed or better)

Must have a USB Headset (not Bluetooth)
*It is RECOMMENDED but not required to have a 2nd computer monitor because you will be running multiple programs at the same time
